Kelly began working at Still Waters in January of 2016. She is a Certified Pastoral Counselor through the Board of Examiners for Georgia Christian Counselors and Therapists. She graduated with her Masters from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Pastoral Counseling. She obtained her Clinical Pastoral Education certification for chaplaincy from Children's Medical Center of Dallas, Texas, where she served as a chaplain. She was Ordained to the ministry by Dunwoody Baptist Church where she served on staff as the Minister of Pastoral Care. She has also taught in public schools for 10 years and is certified in gifted and special education.
Kelly works with families, couples, individuals and children. She has extensive experience and training in family and individual therapy, family systems, grief counseling, children and teen issues, and autism spectrum and other special needs issues for children and parents. Kelly pursues the health of individuals and families. She attempts to meet people where they are regarding spiritual issues and when appropriate will help them integrate their faith in the process of problem solving and healing.
